SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Monalisa Exports, we prioritize the timely delivery of our outfits and use air shipping as the priority mode of delivery. We partner with reliable express shipping companies for door delivery to most metropolitan cities within 2-3 days. Delivery to other cities in India may take longer. For international deliveries, we use FEDEX, DHL, Shipmax, and DTDC to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
At Monalisaa Exports, we are delighted to offer free shipping for all orders within India. However, for orders outside of India, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the items purchased.
ALL OUR SHIPPING PRICES GIVEN AS PER SHIPMAX ECONOMY SERVICE (6-7 days), IF ANYONE NEED EXPRESS DELIVERY(4-5 days), THEY CAN CONTACT US ACCORDINGLY. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible shipping experience, and we strive to fulfill all orders promptly and accurately.
Any orders placed via PayPal will be shipped only to the billing address mentioned in PayPal. For different shipping and billing addresses, please pay via bank transfer.
RETURN POLICY
What You Need to Know
Monalisa Exports does not offer returns or refunds due to the transparent process where clients choose every detail. Minor changes can be made if clients are dissatisfied with the initial process. No cancellations or modifications are allowed once the order is confirmed. An opening video is required for any return request. Customized products are not eligible for returns. The returned item must not be modified, used, or deemed unfit for return by our QC team. To return an order, clients must raise a request via email or phone within 7 calendar days from receipt and ship it back with the attached return label. Our customer care team is available to assist clients with any questions. As a Refund, we will give you a coupon of the same amount that you can redeem in your next purchase from the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may request to cancel their order by notifying us via email at "monalisaexports@gmail.com" via Whatsapp at 9897476473 within a maximum period of 6 hours from the time of placing the order on our website. Kindly note that any cancellation requests received after this designated timeframe will not be accommodated.
Please ensure prompt communication regarding your cancellation request to allow us to process it in a timely manner. We kindly remind you that after the aforementioned 6-hour window, cancellations will no longer be possible.
